Teaching resources

You can, of course, use any books you want when taking part in Up for Reading, but we are sure that children will enjoy using the wonderful books by any of our Up for Reading supporters.

This page provides links to some useful teaching resources that will help you use books by Lucy Cousins, Michael Morpurgo, Quentin Blake and other authors for your Up for Reading activities. These include lesson plans that link to the national literacy curriculum, as well as other useful materials.
